Lily Rain is currently seeking to hire Part Time Assistant Manager and PT Staff at its location at the North Hills.
Assistant Manager (PT) 25 to 30 hrs
The Assistant Store Manager should have a minimum of 2 years specialty retail management experience, strong understanding of customer service, and a desire to lead and succeed. The Assistant Manager will work in partnership with the Store Manager in every aspect of day to day business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish a strong relationship with the Store Manager to ensure that the needs of the business are being met.
- Become familiar with our products and eloquently pass that information on to clients, and associates, to maximize sales.
- Maintain focus during peak hours and delegate appropriately to associates to make sure business runs smoothly.
- Create store schedule, assign shifts, and make changes as needed, based on the needs of the business.
- Participate actively the recruitment and hiring process.
- Assist in the training and development of all team members.
- Maintain a visually pleasing store.
- Nights, weekends, and holidays are required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years specialty retail management experience.
- Knowledge of metrics and how they relate to the success of a store.
- An understanding of staff scheduling.
- Proven ability to successfully lead a team of associates.
- Able to quickly troubleshoot an issues that may arise in the store.
- Passionate about providing quality customer service to a wide array of clientele.
- Strong proficiency in visual merchandising.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must be active, and have strong knowledge, in key social media platforms
- Must be able to successfully pass background check.
Key Holders (PT) 18 to 22 hrs
All Key Holders will partner with Management to ensure that the needs of the business are being met. They will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assist in leading a team of associates; cash handling transactions; sometimes, but not always, opening and closing registers; processing shipments; adhering to policies and procedures; and help uphold a visually pleasing store.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year specialty retail experience.
- Passionate about providing quality customer service to a wide array of clientele.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Quick thinking and problem solving skills.
- Positive attitude is a must!
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
Sales Associates (PT) 12 to 15 hours
Sales Associates will be responsible for providing excellent customer service; cash handling transactions; and help to uphold a visually pleasing store.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year customer service.
- A knack for creativity and problem solving.
- Excellent interpersonal relations skills.
- Able to anticipate client’s needs.
- Positive attitude is a must!
