Sales Associates
Sales Associates will be responsible for providing excellent customer service; cash handling transactions; and help to uphold a visually pleasing store. The Sales Associate / Seasonal Sales Associate must be Fashion forward, knowledgeable of fashion & trends and showcase that knowledge in everyday wardrobe choices showcasing the Lily Rain culture and brand.
Job Responsibilities:
•Establish a strong relationship with the Store Manager to ensure that the needs of the business are being met.
•Become familiar with our products and eloquently pass that information on to clients to maximize sales.
•Helps to maintain a visually pleasing store.
•Nights, weekends, and holidays are required.
Qualifications:
•At least 1-year customer service.
•A knack for creativity and problem solving.
•Excellent interpersonal relations skills.
•Able to anticipate client’s needs.
•Positive attitude is a must!
Sale Leads/Key Holder
All Sales Leads will partner with Management to ensure that the needs of the business are being met. They will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, meeting and exceeding sales, assist in leading a team of associates. The Sales Lead must be Fashion forward, knowledgeable of fashion & trends and showcase that knowledge in everyday wardrobe choices showcasing the Lily Rain culture and brand.
Responsibilities:
- Establish a strong relationship with the Store Manager to ensure that the needs of the business are being met.
- Handling customers concerns with Returns & Exchanges.
- Become familiar with our products and eloquently pass that information on to clients and associates to maximize sales.
- Use correct terms and verbiage of trends and brands to ensure that the Lily Rain Brand is represented to the fullest extent.
- Cash handling transactions; sometimes, but not always.
- Opening and closing registers
- Processing shipments
- Adhering to and enforcing policies and procedures when the MOD
- Adhering and enforcing the Code of Conduct when the MOD
- Assist in the training and development of all team members.
- Help uphold a visually pleasing store.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ speciality retail/sales experience
- Passionate about providing quality customer service to a wide array of clientele
- Excellent verbal and written skils
- Quick thinking and problem solving skills
- Positive attitude is a must!
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check
